Hi, I’m Bri and I would be delighted to be your personal chef!

Always inquisitive, with a craving for knowledge, my passion for food began in childhood, gravitating towards the kitchen at an early age. I was adventurous with trying new flavors and recall experimenting on the stovetop as far back as I can remember. That hunger led me to an incredible opportunity at 11 years old, to train with a French pastry chef on Saturday mornings, at a family friend’s bakery. This experience is one I will be eternally grateful for and was the catalyst that launched my professional culinary career, holding strong for over 3 decades.
Following years of working in the pastry chef and catering worlds, I needed a change and explored the dream of being my own boss. Brainstorming innovative approaches to turn my vision into a reality guided me towards providing a Personal Chef Service – an outlet to use my imagination to its fullest potential, and a vocation where I could provide a truly personalized service. A space where I could provide nourishing and beautiful food, and help people thrive in their busy lives without sacrificing their health. That serendipitous discovery was exactly what I had been looking for, and I have been serving the Northern Colorado area since 2007.
When I’m not cooking, I adore spending time with my family, fur-babies, and friends. You can usually find me outside – Tending to my garden or enjoying the bounty of sunshine and outdoor adventuring that Colorado has to offer, though you can bet I’m often foraging something wild to eat on the trail or bring home for dinner. An avid enthusiast, my yoga practice is also incredibly important to me, and I teach in Fort Collins to help share the benefits with others. Additionally, I am a certified Primal Health Coach, focusing on ancestral pillars of well-being for optimal metabolic health.
Fresh air, moving my body, and community play integral roles in my life, though at the end of the day, food is my oldest passion. Being in the kitchen is a meditation for me and after a long day of cooking for others, I still come home and “unwind” by cooking for myself and my family. There are few things that bring me more pleasure than providing others with delicious and vibrant meals, knowing that there is a lot more to dining than the just the food itself. Food is about uniting family and friends, taking time to enjoy each other’s company, and nourishment of body and soul.
